Everything was really good, amiable staff, lovely location very close to all the main shops, and the best restaurant Taverna Kalyva. Comfy and fine rooms with a balcony. Breakfast with a fantastic view.

We recently stayed at a lovely hotel in a quiet area with a family atmosphere. It was our second time at this hotel, and we enjoyed a peaceful week-long vacation. The hotel is conveniently close to the beach, making it perfect for families with children. We especially appreciated the option to rent a car, as it allowed us to discover the beautiful island of Crete and go shopping when needed. The hotel had a pool bar where we could have breakfast, lunch, and snacks at reasonable prices. The staff, particularly Katerina, were always ready to help and resolve any issues that arose. it was a great experience and we would recommend it to other families.

There is a good choice of outstanding food for breakfast. The rooms are exceptionally clean and fine and they have a fridge, climate control, and a personal safe. Many thanks to best staff for providing us with a real good stay.

We got excellent value for our money at this family hotel. The room was clean, with a nice balcony and stunning sea views. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to the city center. The staff, especially Katerina and Eva, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The pool was perfect for enjoying with my children, and the beach, although rocky in the water, had beautiful sand. The view from my balcony was amazing, and having two balconies was a bonus. The hotel staff were friendly, and the room was cleaned regularly. There were also some great restaurants nearby, so I didn't have to go to the crowded city centre.

The spacious swimming pool area was perfect for sunbathing, and the sea breeze kept us cool. The hotel was family-friendly, which was great for us as young people. We loved sitting and eating with a view of the sea, and the location was just a short walk away from both the quiet area and the lively center of Malia. it was a wonderful stay!
